These terms govern the use of Verdicta, including verdict features, history, local backups, in-app purchases, notifications, and support access.

Privacy Policy

1. 약관 동의

본 이용약관은 Verdicta 앱 및 관련 서비스의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 사용자는 앱을 설치, 접속, 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 서비스 내용

Verdicta는 오라클 기반 판단, 질문 기록, 흐름 조회, 회고 기록, 궁합 보기, 수동/자동 뽑기, 암호화 백업 등의 기능을 제공합니다.

Verdicta의 결과는 참고용 판단 보조 도구입니다. 의료, 법률, 투자, 세무, 위기 대응 등 전문적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다.

3. 로컬 데이터

  • 앱은 계정 없이 로컬로 동작하며, 입력한 데이터는 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다.
  • 사용자는 본인이 입력한 정보와 기록에 대해 책임을 집니다.
  • 사용자는 앱 내 기능 또는 운영자 문의를 통해 일부 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

4. 유료 기능 및 결제

  • 일부 기능은 유료로 제공될 수 있습니다.
  • 구매는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play의 결제 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
  • 환불, 결제 취소, 세금, 청구 관련 사항은 각 스토어 정책이 우선 적용됩니다.

5. 사용 제한

사용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  • 앱 또는 서비스의 정상 동작을 방해하는 행위
  • 리버스 엔지니어링, 무단 복제, 보안 우회
  • 타인의 권리, 명예, 개인정보를 침해하는 행위
  • 법령 또는 공공질서에 반하는 목적으로 서비스를 사용하는 행위

6. 지식재산권

앱, 디자인, 오라클 구성, 텍스트, 상표, 코드 등 서비스에 관한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 사용자는 약관과 법령이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 이를 이용할 수 없습니다.

7. 사용자 입력 콘텐츠

사용자가 입력한 질문, 메모, 프로필 정보 등의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 운영자는 앱에 입력한 내용을 서버에서 처리하지 않습니다. 사용자가 직접 만든 백업 및 지원 문의는 사용자의 선택에 따라 처리됩니다.

8. 책임 제한

  • 서비스는 현재 상태로 제공됩니다.
  • 운영자는 결과 해석, 판단, 행동 선택에 대해 사용자를 대신해 책임지지 않습니다.
  • 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 운영자는 간접적 손해, 특별 손해, 결과적 손해에 대한 책임을 제한할 수 있습니다.

9. 서비스 변경 및 종료

운영자는 서비스 내용, 기능, 유료 정책, 지원 범위를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱 또는 게시 페이지를 통해 고지할 수 있습니다.

10. 준거법 및 문의

본 약관은 강행법규에 달리 정함이 없는 한 대한민국 법령을 기준으로 해석합니다. 문의는 cluenode@gmail.com 으로 할 수 있습니다.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of Verdicta and related services. By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Verdicta provides oracle-based verdicts, question history, recurring flow views, reflection records, compatibility views, manual/auto draw flows, and encrypted local backups.

Verdicta is a reflective decision-support tool. It does not replace medical, legal, financial, tax, safety, or other professional advice.

3. Local Data

  • The app works locally without an account, and entered data is stored on your device.
  • You are responsible for the information and records you enter.
  • You may request deletion of some data through in-app tools or by contacting the operator.

4. Paid Features and Purchases

  • Some features may be offered as paid content.
  • Purchases are processed under Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
  • Refunds, cancellations, taxes, and billing issues are handled under the relevant store's rules.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • interfere with normal service operation,
  • reverse engineer, bypass security, or copy the service without permission,
  • use the service to violate others' rights or privacy, or
  • use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, design, code, brand, and oracle-related service content belong to the operator or its licensors.

7. User Content

You retain rights to the questions, notes, and profile content you provide. The operator does not process content entered in the app on a server. User-created backups and support requests are handled only when you choose those actions.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
  • You remain responsible for your own judgments, actions, and decisions.
  • To the extent allowed by law, the operator limits liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes or Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, pricing, or support scope.

10. Governing Law and Contact

本利用規約は、Verdictaおよび関連サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。 アプリをインストール、利用、またはアクセスすることで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. サービス内容

Verdictaは、オラクルによる判定、履歴、定期フロー、振り返り記録、相性表示、 手動/自動の引き方、暗号化バックアップを提供します。

Verdictaは判断補助・振り返りのためのツールです。医療、法律、投資、税務、 危機対応などの専門的助言に代わるものではありません。

3. ローカルデータ

  • 本アプリはアカウントなしでローカル動作し、入力したデータは端末内に保存されます。
  • 入力した情報や記録については、ユーザー自身が責任を負います。
  • アプリ内機能または問い合わせにより、一部データの削除を求めることができます。

4. 有料機能と購入

  • 一部機能は有料で提供される場合があります。
  • 購入はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Playのルールに従って処理されます。
  • 返金、取消、税、請求に関する事項は各ストアの方針が優先します。

5. 禁止事項

ユーザーは次の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • サービスの正常動作を妨げる行為
  • 無断複製、リバースエンジニアリング、セキュリティ回避
  • 第三者の権利やプライバシーを侵害する行為
  • 違法または不正な目的での利用

6. 知的財産権

アプリ、デザイン、コード、ブランド、オラクル関連のサービス内容に関する権利は、 運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

7. ユーザー提供コンテンツ

質問、メモ、プロフィール情報などの権利はユーザーにあります。 運営者がアプリに入力した内容をサーバーで処理することはありません。バックアップ作成やサポート問い合わせは、ユーザーが選択した場合のみ処理されます。

8. 免責と責任制限

  • サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。
  • 運営者は、ユーザーの判断や行動の結果について代わって責任を負いません。
  • 法令で認められる範囲で、間接損害、特別損害、結果的損害に対する責任を制限する場合があります。

9. サービスの変更・終了

運営者は、機能、価格、サポート範囲などを変更、中断、または終了することがあります。

10. 準拠法と問い合わせ
