- 질문 및 판정 기록: 질문 원문, 파싱 결과, 판정 결과, 오라클 해석, 히스토리
- 회고 데이터: 행동 여부, 결과 평가, 메모, 판정 정확도
- 설정 정보: 언어, 오라클 설정, 수동/자동 뽑기 설정, 알림 설정 시간
- 구매 관련 정보: 스토어 상품 식별자, 거래 검증에 필요한 영수증 또는 거래 정보
- 지원 문의 정보: 사용자가 직접 보낸 이메일 내용 및 첨부 정보

5. 저장 위치와 보관 기간
Verdicta의 프로필, 질문, 판정, 회고 및 설정 데이터는 사용자의 기기 안에 저장되며,
운영자 서버로 전송되거나 클라우드 계정과 동기화되지 않습니다.
- 로컬 데이터: 앱 삭제 또는 사용자의 삭제 조작 전까지 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다.
- 암호화 백업 파일: 사용자가 직접 내보내기한 경우 사용자가 선택한 저장 위치에 보관됩니다.
- 스토어 거래 정보: Apple 또는 Google이 각 스토어 정책에 따라 처리하며, 앱은 구매 권한 상태를 기기에 저장합니다.
- 지원 메일: 사용자가 직접 문의한 경우 이메일 서비스에 보관되며, 문의 처리 및 법적 의무에 필요한 기간만 유지됩니다.
6. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
Verdicta는 사용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 범주의
외부 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.

- 사용자가 직접 문의할 때 이용되는 이메일 서비스 제공자
앱에 입력한 프로필, 질문, 판정 및 회고 내용은 이러한 사업자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
7. 권한 및 기기 기능
- 알림 권한: 일일 흐름 알림, 회고 알림을 위해 선택적으로 사용됩니다.
- 기기 저장소/파일 접근: 암호화 백업 내보내기 및 가져오기 시 선택적으로 사용됩니다.
필수 권한이 아닌 경우 사용자는 언제든지 운영체제 설정에서 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
8. 사용자의 권리
- 프로필, 질문, 기록, 상대 카드 등 정보를 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 내 전체 데이터 삭제 기능으로 기기에 저장된 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 알림 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

Verdicta는 관련 법령상 아동에게 직접 서비스를 제공할 목적으로 설계되지 않았습니다.

- Reflection data: whether you acted, outcome ratings, notes, and verdict accuracy feedback
- Settings: language, oracle preferences, draw mode preferences, and notification time settings
- Purchase data: product identifiers, receipts, or transaction data required to verify or restore purchases

5. Storage and Retention
Verdicta stores profiles, questions, verdicts, reflections, and settings on your device.
This content is not uploaded to an operator server or synchronized to a cloud account.
- Local data may remain on your device until you delete it or remove the app.
- Encrypted backup files remain where you save them.
- Store transaction data is processed by Apple or Google under the relevant store policy; the app stores entitlement status on your device.
- Support emails are retained by the email provider only as needed to answer the request and meet legal obligations.
6. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers in the following categories:
- App store payment operators such as Apple App Store and Google Play
- Email providers used only when you choose to contact support
Profiles, questions, verdicts, and reflection records entered in the app are not sent to these providers.
7. Permissions and Device Features
- Notifications: optional, used for daily flow reminders and follow-up reminders
- File access: optional, used for encrypted backup export and import
You can revoke optional permissions at any time in your device settings.
8. Your Choices
- You can edit or delete profiles, questions, history, and person cards.
- You can delete all locally stored app data from within the app.
- You can turn notifications off at any time.

9. Children
Verdicta is not designed for direct use by children where parental consent is required under applicable law.
